We’re thrilled to announce that Kim Adragna joined the CSA team at the beginning of this year as our new Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator, a brand-new role designed to elevate how we connect manufacturers and customers in meaningful, engaging ways.
Kim brings a unique blend of media, marketing, and creative content experience that aligns perfectly with CSA’s mission to increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships across our industry.
A Creative Storyteller with a Passion for Engagement
Kim brings a well-rounded background that blends audiovisual project management, data-driven coordination, marketing, and creative communications - a combination that aligns seamlessly with CSA’s mission and the evolving
needs of the AV industry.
Before joining CSA, Kim built extensive experience in the audiovisual space, most recently at Forte (formerly AVI Systems), where she spearheaded the execution of audiovisual projects of varying scope and complexity. She successfully delivered more than 15 projects on time and under budget, achieving measurable cost savings while significantly improving client satisfaction. Known for her attention to detail and operational efficiency, Kim implemented tools and workflows that optimized resource allocation and improved team performance.
Previously at TRITECH Communications, Kim served in a coordination and estimating role supporting large-scale AV initiatives and business development efforts. She managed over 25 accounts with full compliance, tracked RFPs, submittals, and CRM data, and collaborated cross-functionally to streamline workflows - contributing to increased efficiency and over $2M in new business opportunities. Her experience analyzing KPIs, conducting market research, and maintaining key partner resources gives her a strong understanding of how strategy, sales, and execution intersect in the AV industry.
Alongside her AV expertise, Kim brings a creative edge shaped by her background in media and content production. She is also known for her work with The Grindhouse Radio, an internationally syndicated podcast and radio show where she served as a host and content creator. That experience sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, engage diverse audiences, and tell compelling stories - skills she now applies to CSA’s marketing initiatives with an industry-first mindset.
